Case study

Warehouse management synced with Allegro

We built a warehouse management system for an operator selling through Allegro: stock, orders, and shipments stay aligned automatically between the warehouse floor and the marketplace, instead of being reconciled by hand.

The problem

Stock and orders lived in two places — the warehouse's own records and the Allegro marketplace. Keeping them in sync meant manual reconciliation, and a missed update could mean overselling or a delayed shipment.

What we built

  • 01Two-way sync with Allegro — stock and order changes flow automatically in both directions
  • 02Warehouse operations — receiving, picking, and shipment tracking in one system
  • 03Conflict handling — concurrent stock changes are reconciled instead of silently overwritten
  • 04Order visibility — Allegro orders appear alongside warehouse stock, ready to pick
Technical detailShow the engineering detail

The sync engine reconciles stock and order state between the internal warehouse database and the Allegro API on every change, resolving conflicts from concurrent updates so listings never oversell.

Result

Stock levels stay in sync automatically, so manual reconciliation between the warehouse and Allegro is no longer needed.
